I would highly recommend Jennifer for a training whether for child welfare workers or for families who are anticipating or experiencing providing foster, kinship, respite, or adoption care. Jennifer utilized her passion for research to design a training that spoke very specifically to those in attendance. Even though presented on a virtual platform, through the use of thoughtful questions Jennifer encouraged the participants to personally reflect and respond to the training’s objectives while being sensitive of past experiences.
