Participants will explore

why grief and loss may be part of their parenting journey,
how expectations of family life may change or may be different from others who have not adopted,
why some traditional parenting models don’t work for families formed by adoption, and more.

Finally, participants will learn how to plan for adaptation, with a future opportunity to bring extended family into the conversation for best outcomes.
