I’m Jennifer, a biological, foster and adoptive parent who “gets it.” I practice what I teach in my own life “on the daily.”

And trust me when I say, I’ve heard and seen just about everything!

Many trainings provide great information so you know the “why.” However, they don’t always provide the “how.” Family Bound courses and presentations offer both research-based information as well as proven relationship-based parenting strategies and trauma-informed response methods to help you quicken the breakthrough factor in your relationships.
